1. Acceptance of Terms:
   By placing an order with Dog Safety Australia for the purchase of dog safety equipment, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Orders:
   All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Dog Safety Australia. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
3. Payment:
   Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.
4. Shipping:
   Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the delivery location and chosen shipping method. Dog Safety Australia is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds:
   a. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact Dog Safety Australia and mutually agree to return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the order.
   b. Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
   c. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
   d. Shipping costs and liability for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Refund Process:
   a. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a refund, minus the restocking fee, will be processed.
   b. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:
   If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

   We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, Dog Safety Australia does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability:
   Dog Safety Australia work hard to contribute to the safety of your dog, however, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, misuse of or the inability to use, the products on this site or the performance of the products.

    Dog Safety Australia reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms periodically.

    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland, Australia.
